- 3 tbsp ground flaxseeds (mixed with 3 tbsp warm water to thicken)
- 2 scoops Creamy Coconut Powder
- 1 scoop Pure Lean Body Protein
- 1 scoop Pure Plant Calcium
- 1 cup oat flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp coconut oil (for cooking)

Instructions: After your flax blend thickens, add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl, except for the coconut oil. Mix until smooth and add a little more water if needed to make pancake batter consistency. This is not too runny, not too thick.
Heat pan to medium heat and melt 1 tsp of coconut oil and pour half the batter in once the oil melts. Repeat for next pancake and enjoy with your favorite fresh and seasonal fruit!
